Electrical Vehicle Director Assistant
We are looking for candidates for the position of Assistant to the Group Electrical Vehicle Director and its international Team, the candidate will join our EV team in Poland. Working in this position will require close cooperation with the TSG Group EV Director and its international Team of the TSG Charge Business Unit and EV organisation across the group. Your main goal will be to provide broadly understood support and assistance in managing our electromobility development process while providing the highest quality service to internal and external customers. You will be the focal point of the TSG Group EV Director.

Accountabilities

  • Managing the administrative activities of the Group EV Director and working in close cooperation with the staff supporting the EV Business Unit TSG Charge
  •  Maintaining efficient cooperation between TSG employees and associates: arranging meetings, teleconferences, daily schedules, events, communication etc.
  • Preparing meeting reports and assisting with subsequent activities of preparation and translation
  • Booking and coordinating business trips for the TSG Charge
  • Ability to translate live discussion and translate technical detail elements
  • Follow up BU expenses
  • Creating presentations internally and externally and visit schedules
  • Liaising with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficiency
  • Organize Documentation management for TSG Charge BU,
  • Organize Quality system for the BU in coordination with the group Quality management
  • Organize Safety reporting and follow-up for the BU in coordination with the group Safety management
  • Prepare and Compile BU reporting

Basic Qualifications

Experience of working as a personal assistant or assistant to the Management Board

  • Knowledge of electromobility market including technical aspects would be a plus
  •  Excellent written and spoken communication skills in at least four languages, including English, and German / French / Italian / Spanish and Polish
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • The ability to coordinate a numerous of tasks and set priorities while meeting the needs of all members of a large team
  • High level of availability
  • Ability to work smoothly with Skype / teams or equivalent video conferencing systems
  • Proactivity and the ability to quickly implement complex tasks and projects
  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with various groups of people, e.g. subcontractor
