With these acquisitions, TSG continues the transformation of its business model towards responsible energy for mobility, while strengthening its European footprint.
BI Convert, based in Wroclaw (Poland) will join TSG group to reinforce its presence in eastern Europe on the segment of electric mobility and Skerritt Electrical, based in Birmingham (United Kingdom) will help TSG to accelerate its leadership on the UK market.
BI Convert provides electrical (low-voltage & medium-voltage) and tele-technical installation and maintenance services to mainly B2B customers from industries such as mining, oil & gas, and restaurants. With headquarters based in Wroclaw, the company’s activities include materials sourcing, project panning as well as installation, commissioning and maintenance services.
Skerritt Electrical is a leading electrical design-and-build contractor in the commercial and industrial sectors. It offers turnkey electric installations for energy-efficient buildings and greener infrastructure. Skerritt Electrical’s services also include installing EV chargers and solar/battery solutions.
With these two acquisitions, TSG strengthens its leadership in electrical service installations, enhancing its support for customers in their energy transition. Leveraging BI Convert’s expertise, TSG will broaden its geographic presence in Poland and boost its capacity to meet the rapidly growing demand in Eastern Europe for electrical installations supporting the deployment of electric mobility infrastructure. Meanwhile, Skerritt Electrical’s extensive offerings in the UK will enable TSG to further accelerate its ability to deliver turnkey electrical solutions to UK clients across diverse projects and sectors. Both companies will benefit from commercial synergies created by the group and will be able to continue providing a comprehensive range of technical solutions for their customers.
