MBES operates in Denmark where it offers electrical works and solutions in the context of building and renovation of various kind of infrastructures. MBES acquisition allows TSG to integrate a sustainable electrical business while adding electricians to our workforce in Denmark to support the growing demand for EV charging stations. This acquisition is perfectly aligned with TSG strategy to diversify out of fuel and to become the referent technical services provider to energy distribution networks.
