TSG, the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, announces the acquisition of Ranzato Impianti Srl, a key actor in electrical technical projects and services. This acquisition, the 15th in less than 18 months in Europe, reflects TSG’s dynamism and growth ambition in new mobility energies and in particular in electric mobility.
With the acquisition of Ranzato Impianti Srl, located in Padua in north-eastern Italy, TSG integrates teams of experts with solid know-how in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical services, thermo-hydraulics and energy efficiency projects, and, is strengthening its capacities in electric mobility, while expanding the range of its technical services and is completing its geographical coverage in Italy.
Ranzato Impianti is managed by Antonio Ranzato, its Managing Director, who joins the management team of TSG Southern Europe supervised by Fabiano Clérico. Its teams of experts, in particular engineers and electricians, will strengthen the skills of TSG Italy’s teams.
The acquisition of Ranzato Impianti Srl is the most significant acquisition made by TSG to date, with a turnover of more than 30 million euros and nearly 200 employees. This operation follows 9 other recent acquisitions in electrical services in Europe (Italy, Denmark, United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium and Netherlands) where TSG intends to further strengthen its positions to better serve the needs of its customers.
