TSG is closing 3 additional acquisitions in new energy, surpassing 30 acquisitions completed in 16 countries over the past three years

TSG, the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, is pleased to announce its latest acquisitions in new energy services (Electric and Solar): E-Port Elektrotechnik GmbH (Austria), E2MS SRL (Belgium), and Solar Alliance AG (Switzerland) marking a new milestone in its M&A strategy.

With these three new entities, TSG strengthens its electrical and photovoltaic solutions portfolio. These acquisitions further enhance TSG’s ability to deliver its customers fully integrated electrical solutions, providing high-value services, ranging from medium and high-voltage transformers to charging stations, battery storage, energy management and photovoltaic installations for industrial, logistics, and commercial sites, as well as mobility hubs and other key infrastructures.

Nicely complementing robust double digit organic growth over the last years, these additions represent another step forward in TSG’s ambitious external growth strategy, which has seen more than 30 acquisitions completed in three years across 16 countries. Together, these efforts have contributed to a cumulative additional turnover of over €250 million and the integration of around 1,300 employees into TSG’s growing workforce. Alongside this dynamic acquisition strategy, TSG has also demonstrated the capacity to develop in-house expertise, successfully fostering organic growth.

The acquisitions of E-Port Elektrotechnik, E2MS, and Solar Alliance bolster TSG’s multi-energy and multi-services offer, adding highly complementary expertise in transformers and photovoltaic solutions to deliver fully integrated electrical services to its customers:

E-Port Elektrotechnik GmbH is based in Linz, Austria, and specializes in photovoltaic systems, electrical installations, and custom electrical cabinet construction. The company primarily serves B2B customers in theAustrian market, with a dynamic management team that combines design and installation expertise to deliver comprehensive energy solutions.

E2MS SRL, located in Schoten near Antwerp, focuses on the design, assembly, installation, and maintenance of medium and high-voltage transformers. Serving a range of B2B customers from sectors like telecom, industrial, and renewable energy, E2MS has worked with TSG in the past and employs 20 professionals with a deep focus on electrical engineering.

Solar Alliance AG is located in the Zürich area and operates in the German speaking part of Switzerland. The company provides Engineering & Owner’s representation (EOR) and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) for photovoltaic projects. The company’s solid solar engineering capabilities, will be key drivers behind the growth of TSG’s solar activities in Switzerland, serving clients across industrial, logistics, retail, and tertiary sectors.
