TSG pursues its dynamic bolt-on strategy and kicks off 2025 with three new acquisitions specialized in electric and solar energies

TSG, the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility, is pleased to announce the acquisition of three additional companies at the start of 2025: Ecosun Expert S.A.S. (France), Electricité Reiter & Grethen S.A. (Luxembourg), and Gevitec BV (Belgium). This aligns with TSG’s strategy to strengthen its expertise in the fields of new energy solutions and responsible mobility across Europe, fostering internal growth by strengthening its teams to better serve a growing client base in every country.

This announcement comes on the heels of TSG reaching a major milestone last year, with over 30 acquisitions completed across 16 countries in just three years. These efforts have bolstered TSG’s capacity to provide innovative and integrated energy solutions, aligning with its commitment to leading the energy transition in Europe.

Strengthening expertise in energy transition

The three new acquisitions enhance TSG’s capabilities across photovoltaics, electric mobility, and energy infrastructure:

  • Ecosun Expert S.A.S. (France): Specialist in the design, installation, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, with a strong track record of successful projects in the Grand-Est region. This addition strengthens TSG’s territorial presence in France while covering all stages of a solar energy project.
  • Electricité Reiter & Grethen S.A. (Luxembourg): Known for its electrical engineering and installations, ERG provides photovoltaic solutions, EV charging infrastructure, and building automation systems. Its focus on large-scale projects solidifies TSG’s footprint in Luxembourg.
  • Gevitec BV (Belgium): A proven partner with extensive experience in electrical installations and EV charging. Gevitec’s presence in Belgium and the Netherlands reinforces TSG’s expertise in serving major retail and energy sector clients.

TSG continues to drive its strategic external growth while fostering internal development, delivering sustainable and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers. These acquisitions further strengthen TSG’s expertise in solar and electrical energy across Europe, enhancing its ability to provide integrated and complete solutions for industrial, commercial, and mobility infrastructures. By joining TSG, these companies will bolster the group’s capacity to support professional customers and businesses in their transition to sustainable and responsible energy practices.
