The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise to those who proudly protect our nation, who do so with honour, courage, and commitment. Ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

TSG UK is proud to announce to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and pledge to be a forces friendly employer. We will be providing equal opportunities to both reservists and veterans who can bring a variety of transferable skills and qualities to the civilian workplace, developed throughout their military careers.
We will also be working closely with The Ministry of Defence’s Career Transition Partnership (CTP) recruitment service to find a wide range of experienced, trained and skilled ex-service applicants for apprenticeships, full time and vocational work opportunities.
We pledge to fully support employing service leavers, bringing talent into our organisation.
