Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)
These cameras are equipped with automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) software and integrated with point-of-sale systems at the dispensers, EV chargers and kiosks, offering a wealth of valuable data linked to the recordings. This includes pump numbers, receipt details, staff involved, time and date and other transaction information.
ANPR captures and stores the registration numbers of every vehicle that leaves the forecourt without fuel payment, and subsequently alerts the cashier should it ever return to the site.
Additionally, operators can utilise the system’s filtering feature to categorize incidents, such as tanker deliveries or unauthorised access to dispenser/charger cabinets. The pinch-to-zoom functionality allows users to focus on specific elements within the footage without compromising image quality.
Private fleet stations can use ANPR to authorise the release of the dispenser automatically, without the need for a PIN, tag, or card.
Connectivity
Forecourt controllers, such as Tokheim Fuel POS®, and private fleet solutions, like ProFleet LOGmaster, can be connected directly to the CCTV system for seamless site integration.
